Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with hotel partners, ensuring consistent communication and high service levels.
- Assist in managing existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Support the wider sales and business development team in executing commercial strategies.
- Prepare account reports, presentations, and proposals to highlight value and performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, reservations, operations) to ensure client needs are met.
- Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an account management, sales, or client support role within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Commercially minded with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and present insights effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
