Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.

  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns through email, events, and other channels.

  • Maintain and update a detailed lead pipeline using CRM systems.

  • Research market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

  • Conduct introductory client meetings, clearly communicating the company’s services and value.

  • Deliver customised presentations to engage and educate prospective clients.

  • Support the creation of sales proposals and pitch materials aligned with client needs.

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

  • Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and campaign outcomes.

  • Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional business development.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Fine Art, Business, or a related field.

  • At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in creative or consultative environments.

  • Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms for managing outreach and tracking results.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Genuine interest in art and market trends.

  • Outstanding networking and interpersonal abilities.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and reporting requirements.

  • Collaborative team player comfortable working across locations and departments.
