Alchemy is partnering with an established aerospace and defense organization seeking a Contract Manager to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. 

This role will oversee the drafting and execution of contracts for the organization to ensure all legal requirements and company goals are met. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new and existing contracts.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of agreements, including sales representative and independent contractor contracts.
  • Serve as a liaison with OEM partners to ensure adherence to contractual flow-down requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on organizational policies and legal contract obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, billing systems, and strategic planning frameworks.
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage agency relationships and track contractual accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer contract inquiries and communications.
  • Present contract-related updates and information to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Pre-Law, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, laws, and international regulations.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS, and supplier clauses.
  • Working knowledge of AS9120 and ISO9001:2015 standards.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
