To be based within their high-performing branch in Glasgow, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new removals business, and overseeing commercial client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Lead the commercial sales function for the branch, delivering revenue, margin, and profitability targets for domestic and international removals.

International Sales Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Dubai to lead the moving and storage operations for a dynamic moving and relocation company. This role oversees day-to-day logistics, ensures client satisfaction, and drives operational excellence in the Moving/relocation industry in the UAE. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
	<li>Oversee and coordinate all moving and storage operations (residential, commercial, international) in Dubai and the wider UAE region
	<li>Manage and optimise the end-to-end relocation workflow: packing, loading, transport, unloading, storage, and delivery
	<li>Ensure compliance with UAE moving regulations, all logistics, health & safety, customs (for international moves) and storage standards
	<li>Lead, mentor and develop the operations team including movers, warehouse staff, drivers and supervisors
	<li>Monitor and improve KPIs such as onetime delivery, damage rates, storage utilisation, cost per move, customer satisfaction

We’re seeking a driven sales professional to join our moving clients international logistics division in Dubai, specialising in building a groupage (LCL consolidation) service offering. You’ll be instrumental in shaping their global trade-lane strategy and forging partnerships across the moving, forwarding and relocation sectors. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
	<li>Developing a full groupage service offering from the ground up, including route planning and service design.
	<li>Creating weekly, biweekly or monthly groupage schedules for key trade lanes (UK, EU, AUS, US etc).
	<li>Collaborating with operations to optimise loading, routing and consolidation processes for maximum efficiency.
	<li>Identifying and acquiring groupage cargo from local movers, freight forwarders, relocation firms and SMEs.
	<li>Building and maintaining a network of consistent B2B customers for groupage services.
	<li>Developing rate cards, pricing models and service-level agreements for groupage partnerships.
	<li>Converting partners currently using competitor groupage services to our solution.
	<li>Meeting monthly revenue targets in volume and profitability for groupage services.

	<li>Maximising container utilisation and revenue per CBM for each groupage service.

Acting as the main technical reference for commercial, coordination, and operational teams, the Technical Director supports project planning, oversees complex assignments, conducts technical site assessments, and leads training to uphold best-in-class standards. 
Regular travel to client sites, museums, galleries, and operational facilities is required.

This role focuses on coordinating fine art transport, exhibition logistics, and courier movements for museums, institutions, and cultural partners across France and internationally.

The Senior Coordinator collaborates closely with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, on schedule, and to the highest standards. Occasional travel to museum sites and client meetings is required.
