We’re seeking a senior-level Enterprise Sales Director to drive growth across the U.S. in the Global Mobility, Relocation & International Assignment Services sector.
This is a pivotal opportunity to take ownership of a growing territory, close high-value deals, and influence go-to-market strategy across the Corporate and HR enterprise landscape.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the U.S. Corporate/HR enterprise territory with a focus on net new business development.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, across multiple product lines and platform offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with Global Mobility and HR leaders across Fortune 1000 companies.
- Translate business challenges into sales opportunities, positioning tailored solutions around compliance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
- Deliver consistent, high-value sales performance that meets or exceeds new ARR targets.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape client messaging and post-sale impact.
- Create a replicable sales motion to scale wins into a sustainable, repeatable model.
- Maintain robust pipeline management with accurate forecasting and clear reporting.
- Educate prospects on data-led decision-making, ESG reporting, and policy-aligned procurement.
- Represent the business at relevant events, panels, and networking opportunities to boost market presence.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years’ experience in enterprise-level sales or business development, ideally selling to Global Mobility, HR, or adjacent sectors.
- Sound knowledge of Global Mobility, Relocation & International Assignment services.
- Proven ability to sell into complex enterprise environments and influence multiple senior stakeholders.
- Track record of closing large-scale SaaS, platform-based solutions, or Relocation solutions within the Talent Mobility, HR or Relocation space.
- Highly consultative approach with strong solution selling and negotiation skills.
- Confidence working with technology, AI/data tools, and ESG-focused sales conversations.
- Previous industry experience is required.
