Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all daily operations of the moving & relocation business in BC
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive profitable growth
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch operations, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with provincial transportation and safety regulations
- Manage P&L and optimize operational cost efficiencies
- Implement performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key moving & relocation clients and partners
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of moving staff
- Oversee equipment, fleet maintenance, and logistics planning
- Ensure moving customer satisfaction and resolve escalated service issues
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in senior leadership within moving, or relocation services
- Strong knowledge of British Columbia moving & transportation regulations
- Demonstrated ability in financial oversight and P&L management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with operational software and performance dashboards
- Relocation industry experience is a must
