We are working alongside a fast-growing commercial removals company who are seeking a Office Relocation Salesperson to cover Central London and the surrounding areas. This is a remote role, enabling you to work from home or another suitable location. However, you must be able to travel to clients' sites to conduct commercial removal estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site or virtual assessments of current and potential commercial removals clients' premises.
  • Gather and document information regarding removals requirements and ensure accurate data entry into the internal CRM system.
  • Provide detailed removals estimates, including cost breakdowns, timeframes, and resource needs.
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth project planning and seamless execution of removals services.
  • Finalize and confirm removal bookings with clients, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire removals process by providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Follow up with clients after a relocation to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales leads and conversion rates for commercial removals and relocations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new business and removals bookings.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to clients, such as packing or storage solutions.
  • Regularly network with industry professionals and stakeholders to promote the company’s services.
  • Stay up-to-date on removals industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience in the commercial removals & relocations industry is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with a strong track record of closing sales.
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software tools.
