Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations within a removals environment
- Supervising loading and unloading of household goods and office removals equipment
- Managing storage, inventory control, and warehouse organisation
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for removals projects
- Ensuring proper handling, packing, and protection of removals customers goods
- Leading and scheduling warehouse staff and drivers
- Maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations
- Conducting regular stock checks and audits
- Supporting logistics planning for domestic and international removals
- Handling removals customer goods documentation and inventory systems
- Training new staff on removals processes and best practices
- Liaising with operations teams to ensure smooth relocation services
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in the removals/relocation or logistics industry
- Strong leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse setting
- Knowledge of household goods (HHG) or commercial relocations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
