Become a Residential Moving Sales Representative in the moving industry and work with a dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. From the first quote to the last delivery, you'll ensure a seamless moving experience by boosting sales and providing outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Through phone calls, emails, recommendations, and local networking, find new residential moving clients.
  • Assess relocation needs and produce precise estimates by conducting in-home or online surveys.
  • Create tailored moving bids based on the requirements and financial constraints of the client.
  • Oversee leads from initial contact to signed contract, including the whole sales cycle.
  • Work together with the dispatch and operations teams to guarantee seamless relocation coordination.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to finalise sales and encourage repeat business.
  • Keep your client data current and accurate in the CRM system.
  • Reach or surpass team and individual sales goals on a regular basis.
  • Keep yourself updated on shifting industry price trends and local competitors.
  • Attend trade exhibits, networking gatherings, and community events on behalf of the business.
  • Clearly explain deadlines, services, and expectations to your clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up post-move to ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the moving sector, preferably with a residential specialisation.
  • Familiarity with domestic relocation services and typical problems that customers have.
  • Excellent negotiating and communication abilities with a focus on the needs of the customer.
  • The capacity to establish rapport and trust with potential customers fast.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and CRM technologies.
  • Self-driven and capable of efficiently managing time and leads.
