Our client is looking for a tenacious and results-driven individual who thrives on winning new business and building relationships with corporate clients and relocation companies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding their footprint within the corporate housing and serviced apartments market.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities within corporate housing and serviced apartments
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, and global mobility partners
- Drive outbound sales activity, including cold outreach, networking, and client meetings
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting via CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Hunter within business development or sales
- Strong sales background, ideally within corporate housing, serviced apartments, or relocation services
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and generating revenue
- Experience selling to corporate clients and/or relocation companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
