We are partnering with a leading Relocation Services company who are looking to recruit a Client Account Manager. If you have proven success within sales and account management and experience in relocation services this could be the job for you.

The role is remote but you must be based in Scotland, you will be supporting and growing key client relationships, driving revenue through consultative business development, and delivering high-quality relocation advice and services.

Working with local and international clients, providing information on destinations, industry insight, reporting, and tailored relocations solutions that help build long-term partnerships. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of relocation client accounts.
  • Achieving consistent year-on-year increases in initiations and client spend.
  • Cross-selling, up-selling and converting new leads into profitable new business.
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with local and global clients.
  •  Providing strategic solutions to client's challenges.
  • Partnering with the operations team to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Following service issues through corrective action and client reassurance.
  • Overseeing client reporting, contracts, pricing, and performance analysis.
  • Resurrecting dormant accounts and bringing previous clients back on board.
  • Using CRM to manage client activity and sales pipeline.
  • Identifying business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Planning and hosting client engagement events in partnership with Marketing.
  • Managing responses to RFI’s and RFPs to secure new business.
Required experience:
  • Strong account management and business development experience.
  • Experience in relocation services / moving industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue from existing clients and win new business.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to collaborate internally to achieve client solutions.
  • CRM proficiency
  • Comfortable with networking and presenting at client events.
