We're looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager to work on-site with a corporate financial services client based in New York City.
The Global Mobility Manager will be managing domestic and international relocations, supporting around 250 moves per year, and working with VIPs and high-net-worth individuals.
This role would suit an international mobility professional with a strong background in expatriate management or relocation services within the banking or financial services sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international employee relocations from start to finish.
- Oversee approximately 250 relocations per year.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, employees and relocation partners.
- Provide hands-on relocation support to VIPs and high-net-worth individuals.
- Coordinate with moving companies, immigration providers and other relocation suppliers.
- Manage relocation policies, processes and employee benefits.
- Handle escalations and resolve relocation issues quickly.
- Monitor relocation costs, budgets and supplier performance.
- Work closely with HR, Global Mobility and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure relocations run smoothly and employees receive a high standard of service.
On-Site & Client-Facing Role
This is a fully on-site position in New York City, working 5 days per week. You'll be based directly with the client, building relationships with key stakeholders and providing day-to-day global mobility management.
You'll regularly work with senior executives, VIPs and high-net-worth individuals, so professionalism, discretion and excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience in global mobility, relocation management or corporate relocation.
- Experience managing both domestic and international employee moves.
- Background in the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience supporting VIPs, senior executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience working with relocation management service providers.
