Alchemy's working with a leading airline on an Entertainment Manager role in Doha, leading content curation, acquisition, and programming for their inflight entertainment offering.
You'd own the long-term content strategy, build relationships with studios and distributors to secure quality content, and lead curation across movies, TV, music, and games. There's a data side too, using passenger feedback to see what's working and adjusting accordingly.
You would also be responsible for licensing compliance and managing content delivery systems alongside other teams.
What's needed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 9+ years in content curation, acquisition, or programming
- Strong knowledge of streaming/OTT trends and how they translate to IFE
- Track record in content licensing and distribution, streaming, broadcast, or inflight
- Commercial understanding of licensing models and pricing
- Strategic, analytical, and comfortable owning a long-term plan end to end
