A global business is looking to hire an experienced US Immigration Specialist in Dallas, TX.

Main Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for all US Immigration inquires and questions 
	<li>Oversee and complete the PERM stage of the green card application process before assigning to Immigration Counsel
	<li>Work closely with the hiring managers across the business to educate and manage expectations on the Immigration process and the time lines involved
	<li>Produce quarterly reports for visa holders, green card applicants etc.
	<li>Ensure all parties are kept up to date with changes and progression of the cases where possible
	<li>Obtain authorisation checks, signatures and validate supporting documentation
</ul>

Key Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>Experience working within Employment based US inbound Immigration applications
	<li>Experience managing the PERM process
	<li>Excellent case management experience with the ability to handle a large volume of ongoing cases
	<li>Outstanding organization skills and strong attention to detail
	<li>Comfortable working independently using your own initiative
	<li>Excellent analytical skills
	<li>Bachelors Degree preferred

Our client, a global corporation is looking to hire an experienced Immigration Consultant specializing in US immigration, particularly the PERM process to be based in their New York City office. 
 
The US Immigration Consultant will:

<ul>
	<li>Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for all inquiries and issues regarding US immigration and the PERM process
	<li>Collaborate with the Immigration Attorney, oversee and complete the green card application process
	<li>Create and analyze immigration reports
	<li>Regularly update internal and external parties on immigration changes
</ul>

Skills required:

<ul>
	<li>Experience managing the US immigration process with strong knowledge of employment-based US immigration applications
	<li>Experience overseeing the PERM process 
	<li>Ability to manage a high volume caseload 
	<li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
	<li>Adept working in a fast-paced ever changing environment
	<li>Bachelor's degree preferred
	<li>Ability to function independently and take initiative
	<li>Excellent organizational skills
