The Senior Relocation Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams and spearhead business development projects meant to expand and oversee client relationships for corporate relocation. Role Responsibilities
- Seeking new business prospects through a variety of channels, such as cold calling, emails, industry events, and networking, cultivate and preserve lasting connections with current clients.
- Develop and carry out marketing campaigns and strategic account plans to promote customer satisfaction and business expansion.
- Oversee and manage the expansion of current accounts, looking for ways to grow along with making sure that client needs are met.
- Establish and manage a pipeline of possible clients
- Work together with cross-functional teams to make sure that the business's resources and customer demands are in line.
- Enhance the company's reputation in the relocation sector by working together with marketing to collaborate on thought leadership content.
- Verify that internal procedures and client interactions adhere to the established business rules, such as operational workflows, contractual terms, and standards for customer engagement.
- Act as a liaison to guarantee that client expectations are consistently met by service delivery.
- Reach and surpass performance goals for client satisfaction and business development on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain steady growth and high client satisfaction levels by routinely reviewing progress and making the required modifications.
- Work with internal technical teams to develop creative solutions, such as AI-driven technologies, to understand and address the technological challenges of your clients.
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers and engage with various stakeholders to strengthen ties, especially with moving companies.
Role Requirements
- 5 years or more of sales and account management expertise in the relocation sector, along with a track record of growing business and acquiring new clients.
- Strong ability to provide customised solutions and a thorough understanding of relocation services and client needs.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated capacity to reach and surpass performance goals and KPIs.
- Proven capacity to oversee and carry out marketing campaigns and strategic account planning.
