Amber Pittard

Amber Pittard is a Chief Talent Alchemist with over 13 years recruitment experience and 12 years with Alchemy. She specialises in Global Mobility, HR, Immigration, Relocation, Corporate Housing, Reward, and Compensation & Benefits markets helping hundreds of organisations globally hire the very best talent and helping hundreds of professionals to pursue their perfect career.

Amber has extensive experience of full life cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management and client development / account growth. She also holds an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management and is also able to coach and develop a high performing team to meet goals and objectives.

Amber is a promoted employee within Alchemy Global Talent Solutions having been developed and promoted four times within the business from Resourcer to Chief Talent Alchemist currently. In this role, she develops client relationships, delivers talent strategies and has spoken previously at industry events such as the February 2018 at Benivo’s “The View From The Top” series.

In her free time Amber is constantly on the go, trying out new restaurants, taking part in various sport and outdoor activities. Amber also supports various charities, including Food Bank, The Trussell Trust and also various cancer charities such as Cancer Research and Macmillan Cancer Support. In addition to these national charities Amber also supports raising money for local charities that her friends and family are involved in.
