Harriet Verney

Harriet is a Systems & Projects Executive responsible for leading and managing the company’s operational systems and internal infrastructure. She oversees the performance, development and continuous improvement of the platforms and processes that support teams across the business globally.

Her remit includes ownership of CRM strategy and automation, marketing operations, website management, and the implementation of scalable systems that improve efficiency and consistency. She also leads internal training and contributes to key business initiatives that enhance how the organisation works.

With a strong focus on process optimisation and project delivery, Harriet plays a central role in the ongoing development of Alchemy’s HRIS and wider systems landscape.
