Alchemy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager who has at least 10+ years of experience within the Household Goods Moving sector to lead and drive business growth within their client's operations in India. You will oversee multiple branches as the Country Manager, ensuring the seamless integration of operations, and enhancing the performance of our business development team.

This role is pivotal in overseeing sales and business development while managing a team of professionals across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in household goods (HHG), demonstrating the ability to manage corporate and private clients effectively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and business development team.
  • Oversee the operations of five location managers across various regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate and private client business.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Manage the integration of operations, focusing on efficient processes and seamless delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and private clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align strategies and goals.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Requirements for the role include:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the moving and mobility industry, with a strong focus on HHG services.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage corporate and private client accounts effectively.
  • Leadership experience managing multi-regional teams and remote managers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to leadership.
  • Ability to travel as required to oversee operations and meet clients.
