Alchemy Global Talent is working with a leading organisation specializing in Corporate services. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with US Military experience to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with a background in the US Military to bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a disciplined approach to the sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the value of teamwork, leadership, and resilience gained from their military experience, coupled with a strong desire to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Leverage military experience to foster a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and teamwork within the sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building the brand and increasing visibility.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications:
  • US Military experience, with a background in leadership, operations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
