Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on logistics, warehousing, and commercial moving services.
- Identify and secure new revenue opportunities across targeted industries and markets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level logistics clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service solutions that meet client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Lead RFP response efforts, ensuring a compelling and competitive presentation of services.
- Analyze sales performance data and adapt strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Develop pricing models aligned with client acquisition and margin goals.
- Deliver regular updates and sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Travel as required to support relationship building and business expansion.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of business development or sales leadership experience in logistics, relocation, or commercial moving.
- Proven ability to win new business and drive multimillion-dollar growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and relocation landscape, including commercial trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development, logistics, or related fields.
