Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily household goods moving operations, including local, interstate & international moves.
- Scheduling and coordinating drivers, crews, trucks and equipment based on the needs of each move.
- Managing the day-to-day workload of drivers, movers and operational staff.
- Keeping a close eye on schedules and dealing with any delays, staffing issues or last-minute changes.
- Working with move coordinators, sales and other teams to make sure moves run smoothly from start to finish.
- Monitoring labour, overtime and other operational costs.
- Dealing with service issues and helping resolve customer concerns when needed.
- Making sure drivers and crews are following company procedures, safety requirements and industry regulations.
- Supporting the recruitment, training and development of operational staff.
- Looking for practical ways to improve efficiency, service levels and the overall performance of the operation.

- Previous operations experience within the moving and relocation industry.
- A strong understanding of household goods moving, including interstate and international moves.
- Experience managing drivers, movers and moving crews.
- A good understanding of DOT, safety and compliance requirements.
- Experience using moving industry systems and standard office software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy operation where priorities can change quickly.
