We're working with a moving and relocation company in Thorofare, New Jersey, that is looking for a Residential Moving Sales Executive. You'll be working directly with customers planning residential household goods moves, handling enquiries, completing surveys and converting opportunities into booked moves.
For this position, our client is looking for someone with:
- Previous residential moving sales or household goods experience.
- Experience conducting moving surveys and preparing estimates.
- A good understanding of residential moving services, packing and storage.
- Confidence speaking with customers and converting enquiries into booked moves.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Responding to residential moving enquiries and speaking with prospective customers.
- Conducting in-home or virtual surveys to assess moving requirements.
- Preparing estimates and explaining moving, packing and storage options.
- Following up quotations and maintaining contact with prospective customers.
- Managing your sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to booking.
- Keeping accurate records of customer requirements and agreed services.
- Passing confirmed moves to the operations team with the information needed to plan the move.
