What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, overseeing their international shipments from start to finish.
- Produce shipping estimates, create work orders, track progress, and monitor costs.
- Coordinate with internal Account Managers and external vendors to ensure seamless international shipping.
- Prepare and review all international shipping documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding international projects and shipping updates.
- Ensure compliance with agencies including TSA, U.S. Customs, USDA, FDA, and USFWS.
- Maintain organised and thorough shipment records, including documentation and communication logs.
- Partner with East, Central, and West Coast teams to support client needs across regions.
- Provide on-site support at West Coast facilities for client meetings and project management.
- Support the Head of International Shipping with daily operations and vendor relationship management.
- Contribute to departmental improvements, including SOP development and process enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and grow long-term relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in international logistics, art services, or high-value relocation.
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes, including TSA and U.S. Customs regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong client-facing abilities.
- Proven project management skills in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work remotely while providing in-person support when necessary.
- Must have prior experience working in the moving or relocation industry, especially with high-value shipments.
