What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Overseeing facility operations across multiple California sites.
  • Managing maintenance for HVAC, fire suppression, security, mechanical, electrical, dock, and office systems.
  • Leading project management for facility upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as the primary contact for facility-related emergencies and incident response.
  • Monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and compiling performance reports.
  • Conducting fire/life safety drills and ensuring workplace safety compliance.
  • Managing relationships with utility providers, maintenance, and cleaning contractors.
  • Handling procurement of facility-related services and materials.
  • Supervising troubleshooting and repair tasks across all managed sites.
  • Supporting internal and external event requirements and employee well-being.
  • Developing and managing operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.
  • Ensuring all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management, ideally in warehouse or industrial environments.
  • Proven track record managing climate-controlled spaces and technical systems.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • HVAC, Journeyman, or PE license/certification preferred.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Ability to travel between facilities and perform physical tasks as required.
