This role will be representative for completing final inspections on products before they are returned to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Completes subcontracted units' final inspection
- Completes subcontracted units' return-to-service tasks
- Deal with and fix problems with quality
- Comply with the Internal Audit Programme when conducting internal audits.
- Complete assigned external audits of contractors
- Helping warehouse professionals check vendor and customer documentation when parts are received
- When necessary, communication between the component repair team and the quality department
- Take an active part in keeping the Quality Management System document up to date for units that are subcontracted.
- Under the DOQ's supervision, preserve business records as mandated by the export compliance and quality systems.
- Any additional tasks and obligations that the Director of Quality assigns
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant expertise in quality assurance and/or inspection, preferably in the operations of aviation maintenance or repair stations
- Experience in Aviation Maintenance or Repair Station operations is advantageous
- Prior Military or Defense experience is desirable but not essential
