We are working with a leading firm in the expatriate management sector in their search for a Relocation Accounting Coordinator to join their expanding professional services team.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery of financial and accounting processes related to global relocation expense management. It's a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the accurate and timely delivery of financial data for relocation-related activities.
  • Reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure integrity and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in large relocation expense datasets.
  • Support the funding process, ensuring timely client disbursements.
  • Set up new client profiles within internal technology platforms.
  • Ensure correct client billing, including applicable fees and accurate financial records.
  • Assist in data acquisition and maintain high data integrity standards.
  • Conduct extensive quality assurance and data validation tasks.
  • Participate in implementation projects and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Approve and manage various client relocation expenses, including rent, tuition, and deposits.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience within a relocation, expense management, or accounting environment.
  • Able to work in a hybrid working structure.
  • Proven ability to handle complex tasks with high accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with broader MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to manage cross-border, multi-currency financial processes.
  • Previous relocation sector experience is preferred but not essential.
