Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the accurate and timely delivery of financial data for relocation-related activities.
- Reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure integrity and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in large relocation expense datasets.
- Support the funding process, ensuring timely client disbursements.
- Set up new client profiles within internal technology platforms.
- Ensure correct client billing, including applicable fees and accurate financial records.
- Assist in data acquisition and maintain high data integrity standards.
- Conduct extensive quality assurance and data validation tasks.
- Participate in implementation projects and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Approve and manage various client relocation expenses, including rent, tuition, and deposits.
Requirements:
- Prior experience within a relocation, expense management, or accounting environment.
- Able to work in a hybrid working structure.
- Proven ability to handle complex tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with broader MS Office proficiency.
