Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of branch operations, including warehouse, transport, and office functions
- Lead and develop both operational and administrative teams
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across, storage, and freight forwarding
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including planning and scheduling
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain inventory accuracy and effective storage solutions
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational regulations
- Oversee packing standards and quality control across all shipments
- Coordinate with transport, export/import, and customer service teams
- Manage branch budgets, costs, and profitability targets
- Handle client escalations and maintain high service standards
- Monitor and report on KPIs and overall branch performance
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a branch, depot, or operations management role within logistics or relocation
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and freight forwarding processes
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance
- Experience with WMS and logistics systems
