Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of moving and relocation services, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance of the branch
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational and administrative teams
- Drive business development and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Optimize warehouse, fleet, and logistics operations for maximum productivity
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve service delivery and margins
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and contract execution
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Oversee staffing, training, and workforce planning to meet operational demands
- Implement process improvements and best practices across all service lines
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of household goods and/or commercial assets
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG or O&I required)
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in P&L management and operational oversight
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse management
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive growth while maintaining exceptional service standards
