Healthcare Relocation Salesperson

We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Relocation Salesperson to join a leading moving and relocation company in a remote capacity. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities. Ideal for candidates with experience in commercial moving (O&I) and a strong understanding of healthcare logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within healthcare organizations (hospitals, labs, clinics)
  • Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and healthcare executives
  • Conduct site visits to assess relocation requirements and provide tailored moving solutions
  • Prepare accurate and competitive relocation proposals and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
  • Maintain CRM records, tracking all sales activities and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Provide consultative support on logistics, timelines, and risk mitigation
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare relocation needs


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience within the moving/relocation industry (O&I or HHG preferred)
  • Experience selling into healthcare or highly regulated industries is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-phase relocation projects
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
