Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic household goods (HHG) moves within the U.S.
- Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the move lifecycle
- Schedule packing, loading, linehaul transportation, and delivery services
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers, crews, and origin/destination agents
- Prepare and manage estimates, bills of lading, inventories, and move paperwork
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers
- Resolve service issues such as delays, damages, or scheduling conflicts
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Coordinate storage-in-transit (SIT) and final delivery arrangements
- Maintain accurate job records within CRM or move management systems
- Support claims processes and post-move customer follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure service excellence
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in domestic household goods (HHG) moving/relocation
- Strong understanding of interstate moving processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple domestic moves simultaneously
- Experience with CRM or move management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
