What You’ll Be Doing:
- Evaluate project scopes and costs across fine art services including packing, crating, installation, and national/international shipping.
- Produce accurate and timely estimates focused on efficiency, scheduling, and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with the Business Development Team to support incoming client property transitions into facilities.
- Act as a main contact for incoming service enquiries from galleries, collectors, museums, and artists.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed.
- Conduct local site visits to assess client needs in coordination with Operations Teams.
- Translate project details into organised documentation for seamless handoff to operations.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Maintain precise records of all estimates, communications, and project stages.
- Provide logistical guidance and support for complex, multi-phased projects.
- Use photo documentation, inventory systems, and project planning tools effectively.
- Participate in other assigned projects as needed by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in fine art logistics or related relocation services.
- Strong knowledge of art packing, crating, and transportation standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Strong analytical ability and multi-project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn internal tools.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
