Based in San Francisco, you'll collaborate with industry experts and be at the forefront of transforming complex logistical challenges into seamless solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Evaluate project scopes and costs across fine art services including packing, crating, installation, and national/international shipping.
  • Produce accurate and timely estimates focused on efficiency, scheduling, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Business Development Team to support incoming client property transitions into facilities.
  • Act as a main contact for incoming service enquiries from galleries, collectors, museums, and artists.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed.
  • Conduct local site visits to assess client needs in coordination with Operations Teams.
  • Translate project details into organised documentation for seamless handoff to operations.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Maintain precise records of all estimates, communications, and project stages.
  • Provide logistical guidance and support for complex, multi-phased projects.
  • Use photo documentation, inventory systems, and project planning tools effectively.
  • Participate in other assigned projects as needed by management.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in fine art logistics or related relocation services.
  • Strong knowledge of art packing, crating, and transportation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Strong analytical ability and multi-project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn internal tools.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
