What You’ll Be Doing:
 
  • Assess scope and pricing for a broad range of fine art services including packing, shipping, crating, installations, and viewings.
  • Generate clear, timely, and competitive estimates with a focus on scheduling and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to plan and coordinate client property intake into storage facilities.
  • Serve as the main contact for incoming client service enquiries, representing the company with professionalism and care.
  • Conduct site visits across the Los Angeles area to evaluate logistics needs and project requirements.
  • Prepare project documentation including inventory lists, scope of work, photo records, and equipment specifications.
  • Work closely with Operations Teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project execution.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to create comprehensive service packages tailored to client needs.
  • Support the client onboarding process and maintain accurate internal records throughout project lifecycles.
  • Manage multiple concurrent estimates and projects with clear timelines and effective communication.
  • Utilise software tools and inventory systems for recordkeeping and planning.
  • Take on additional assignments as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For:
 
  • Prior experience in fine art logistics, project management, or relocation services.
  • Knowledge of best practices for art handling, crating, and transport.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general tech adaptability.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and juggle competing priorities under pressure.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be available for local and occasional regional travel.
