Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new international residential moving leads.
- Consult with clients to understand their moving requirements.
- Prepare tailored solutions and accurate quotations for international household goods moves.
- Negotiate terms, close sales and meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM with all customer interactions, quotations and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth move execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing for international relocation services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long term relationships with clients.
- Upselling additional services where possible.
- Track and report on your pipeline, conversion rates and revenue metrics.
- Travel for client visits, showing and quoting on site moves in Greater Toronto area.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in international residential moving, relocation or logistics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with high net-worth clients and cross border moves.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools and pipeline management.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to irregular hours as needed.
